About Alan Comber

Title: Town Councillor

I have been a Town Councillor for over 20 years and have lived and worked in the area for nearly 40 years. Now retired, I first joined the Council because of my strong interest in community life and my desire to make a positive difference locally. Supporting young people has always been a particular passion of mine, along with helping to provide additional facilities and events for residents to enjoy, including the annual Fun Day and Christmas weekend in the town. For much of my time on the Council, I have chaired the Community and Recreation Committee, which oversees the provision and maintenance of play equipment across Kesgrave, including Cedarwood Green, Oak Meadow, and most recently the new Pump Track - Tru Park.
